Regolamento Camping Village “Lido di Classe”

Questo regolamento viene reso noto ai clienti attraverso la sua pubblicazione sul sito del campeggio. L’accesso al campeggio implica l’accettazione completa del medesimo da parte di tutti i clienti, i quali sono tenuti a informare i propri accompagnatori in merito.

Il regolamento è stato creato per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti, dell’organizzazione e delle autorità pubbliche, al fine di mantenere il campeggio come luogo di società nel tempo.

Qualsiasi violazione del regolamento comporterà l’espulsione del gruppo e la necessità di risarcire i danni causati.

CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT

Per l’ area campeggio il check-in può effettuarsi tra le ore 15:15 e le ore 18:30 ed il check-out dalle ore 8:00 alle 12:30. Per l’area VILLAGGIO, il check-in può effettuarsi tra le ore 16:30 e le ore 18:30 ed il check-out dalle ore 8:30 alle 10:00. È possibile, previa richiesta alla reception, estendere il check-in dalle 8:15 e il check-out fino alle 18:30.
Al momento dell’arrivo, ai fini della registrazione prevista per legge, è necessario presentare alla reception un documento di identità valido per ogni persona che intende alloggiare.

L’accesso e la presenza all’interno del campeggio di persone non autorizzate comporta la violazione del Regolamento di Pubblica Sicurezza degli art. 614- 633- 624 del Codice penale italiano e comporta il pagamento di una multa pari a 150€ l’espulsione dal camping del gruppo a cui appartiene.

Non è consentito l’ingresso a minorinon accompagnati da una persona adulta che ne sia legalmente responsabile.

Nel caso si volesse prolungare la permanenza è necessario riferirlo entro il giorno precedente al termine della prenotazione.

All’arrivo è necessario procedere con il saldo della prenotazione e con il deposito della cauzione che verrà restituita allo scadere della permanenza dietro restituzione dei pass di accesso. Tale cauzione concorre anche a coprire parte degli eventuali danni commessi.

ORARI

Gli orari del silenzio sono fasce orarie dentro le quali sono vietati schiamazzi, rumori e spostamenti di veicoli, si raccomanda ai gentili Clienti di aiutare a mantenere la giusta diligenza anche ai bambini e di tenere controllati gli animali. È vietato anche l’utilizzo di mezzi rumorosi e qualsiasi altra fonte di rumore. L’obbiettivo è quello di preservare un clima di serenità per il riposo di tutti gli ospiti.

Le fasce orarie in cui mantenere il silenzio sono:

13:00 – 15:00

23:00 – 8:00

Si ricorda a tutti gli ospiti che in queste 4 serate i bagni possono prolungare la musica fino alle 3 del mattino, le quattro sere sono: la notte rosa, il patrono di Ravenna, il 10 e 15 agosto.

In caso di urgenze fuori l’orario di apertura della reception si rinvia al campanello all’ingresso ed ai numeri del camping (3423147177).

VEICOLI E TRANSITO

Il transito, l’uscita e l’entrata dei veicoli nel campeggio sono consentiti al di fuori degli “orari del silenzio”, si potranno quindi muovere i veicoli dalle ore 8:00 alle ore 13:00 e dalle ore 15:15 alle ore 22:30.

La velocità massima consentita nelle strade del campeggio è 5 km/h (passo d’uomo)

È consentito parcheggiare il proprio veicolo gratuitamente entro i limiti della propria piazzola e fino all’esaurimento del numero degli accessi possibili previsti dalla normativa in materia di sicurezza.

È prevista la possibilità di parcheggiare il proprio veicolo nei parcheggi laterali sulla strada asfaltata a pagamento previsti all’interno del campeggio, previa autorizzazione della Direzione e prediligendo i parcheggi lontani dall’imbocco alle strade inghiaiate.

Si richiede alla clientela di parcheggiare le proprie vetture rivolgendo il cofano verso l’uscita del campeggio

Una volta pagato il parcheggio verrà fornito all’ospite un biglietto da tenere esposto in macchina per tutta la durata della sosta, in caso di mancata esposizione la macchina verrà considerata come non pagante.
Se un ospite usufruisce del parcheggio fuori piazzola senza averne pagato il biglietto, la direzione si riserva il diritto di addebitare il costo del parcheggio sul suo conto. Se un ospite viene ripetutamente (2 volte) trovato ad infrangere tale regola sarà soggetto ad una multa di 150€.

BAGNI E WC CHIMICO

L’acqua è un bene prezioso, usala sapientemente 😊

Son stati predisposti 2 wc chimici all’interno dei bagni nel 2° e nel 4° blocco; è inoltre possibile scaricare le acque grigie nella griglia a terra tra il 1° ed il 2° blocco dei bagni.

È vietato l’ingresso di animali nei servizi igienici, è possibile lavarli con le gomme tra il 1° ed il 2° blocco dei bagni, oppure alla fontana adiacente all’ingresso del camping.

Il wc per portatori di disabilità si trova nel 3° blocco dei bagni

Il primo blocco di bagni è alimentato ad energia solare, la sera è consigliabile utilizzare gli altri blocchi per avere acqua più calda.

ANTINCENDIO E PIANO EVAQUAZIONE

È obbligatorio tenere sgombra l’area confinante con la pineta per almeno 30 mt.

In caso di situazioni di pericolo occorre avvisare subito un operatore del camping per dare l’allerta generale attraverso la sirena degli altoparlanti. Successivamente è necessario abbandonare oggetti e piazzola, prender per mano i bambini e dirigersi ordinatamente verso le vie di esodo contraddistinte dai cartelli verdi.

Il camping non è responsabile di calamità naturali o della negligenza, imprudenza o imperizia degli alloggiati che hanno la responsabilità di controllare e tener monitorata la sicurezza degli impianti propri e limitrofi ai propri.

In caso di incendio gli ospiti sono tenuti a prendere bambini ed animali e uscire seguendo il piano di evacuazione.

Gli ospiti sono tenuti a raccogliersi nei punti di raccolta prestabiliti, e controllare che tutte le persone del suo gruppo siano presenti, in caso contrario segnalare al personale la mancata presenza e il nome del componente.

In caso d’ incendio verranno segnalate le manovre di sicurezza dagli altoparlanti

IMMONDIZIA

È obbligatorio differenziare i propri rifiuti dividendoli nel seguente modo: carta, cartone, plastica e lattine, vetro, organico (in sacchi chiusi).

Se un ospite verrà visto buttare qualsiasi tipo di rifiuto al suolo, verrà multato per un ammontare di 100€.

Se un ospite verrà visto buttare mozziconi di sigaretta al suolo, verrà multato per un ammontare di 150€

ALBERI E SUOLO

Il cliente si impegna ad osservare scrupolosamente i vincoli ambientali previsti dal regime di area protetta.

È vietato il taglio e la messa a terra di qualsiasi pianta, dei relativi rami ed arbusti senza autorizzazione del Camping Lido di Classe.

È vietato applicare legature di qualsiasi tipo, chiodi o altro alle piante.

È vietato l’utilizzo di prodotti chimici per qualsiasi motivo compresi diserbi o trattamenti fitosanitari su tutta l’area.

È vietato applicare legature metalliche o di corda o di qualsiasi altro tipo alle piante sia per tiranti delle tende che per tesatura amache o per qualsiasi altro motivo. È vietato altresì infiggere chiodi nelle piante e/o tagliare/danneggiare parti di esse.

È vietato gettare al suolo immondizia e mozziconi di sigaretta, chi sarà colto in flagrante verrà sanzionato con multa di valore 150€.

Gli ospiti del campeggio che possiedono un animale sono responsabili di pulire ciò che viene sporcato dai loro amici a 4 zampe.

PIAZZOLE E CASE MOBILI

È ammessa la sola installazione di verande di produzione commerciale di tipo standard e prive di modifiche artigianali o aggiunte. Le stesse non possono comunque superare la profondità di 3,5 metri.

I parcheggi, come le piazzole, non sono custoditi, il camping non è quindi responsabile di furti o danni di beni che non siano stati consegnati in custodia alla reception e messi in sicurezza nelle “cassette di sicurezza” che è possibile affittare.

Sono previste cauzioni per prestiti di cavi, prolunghe e altri oggetti che vengono prestati dal camping, la cauzione può essere trattenuta in caso di smarrimento, rottura e danneggiamento da parte dell’ospite; se la cauzione viene pagata con la carta il 5% di essa viene trattenuto per spese bancarie.

È consentita l’installazione di strutture in legno o color legno (di facile rimozione e non fisse al terreno) per una profondità non superiore a 3,5 metri che vadano semplicemente a coprire o non ad inglobare la roulotte. Tali strutture, roulotte compresa, non possono superare i mq 40 di superficie.

Le roulotte devono correttamente essere immatricolate e targate e conservare i meccanismi di rotazione in modo tale che possano in ogni momento essere spostate.

Si chiede agli ospiti di occupare la loro piazzola con la relativa attrezzatura per il soggiorno (anche i teli) lasciando almeno 20 cm di distanza dalle piazzole adiacenti e almeno 40 cm dalle strade.

È vietata l’installazione di strutture adibite a gazebo fisse al terreno

Eventuali pavimentazioni non possono superare la veranda, nel caso di pavimentazioni più ampie, purché permettano la permeabilità del suolo, bisogna chiedere il permesso alla Reception che emetterà apposito documento.

È vietato qualsiasi tipo di delimitazione della piazzola.

Camping Lido di Classe si riserva di transitare nell’area per garantire il corretto funzionamento della struttura.

Le forze dell’ordine possono transitare nell’intera area per garantire il corretto funzionamento della struttura.

I clienti, prima di posizionarsi stabilmente e abbassare i piedini devono consultare la reception per verificare se il loro posizionamento sia congruo, nel rispetto di tutte le regole.

L’installazione di tendoni e/o frangisole o para grandine è consentita per evitare danni, gli stessi dovranno pertanto coprire esclusivamente la tenda o la roulotte e l’eventuale veranda, senza sporgere da nessun lato. La parte più alta del tendone non deve superare l’altezza della tenda o roulotte di oltre 1 metro.

Si chiede ai gentili clienti di lasciare qualcosa in piazzola quando decidono di uscire per la giornata, se il cliente abbandona la piazzola senza segnalare l’occupazione della piazzola la dirigenza non assicura all’ospite la medesima piazzola.

L’allacciamento alla rete elettrica attraverso le apposite prese viene autorizzato dalla direzione con l’assegnazione e attivazione di una presa, la potenza è di 1 KW.

L’aggancio dei Clienti deve avere le caratteristiche di sicurezza conforme alle norme CEI 23-12:
- Cavo di collegamento flessibile di tipo H07RN-F o equivalente di sez. minima 3×2,5 mq a 3 o più conduttori interni di colore giallo-verde per la terra e blu chiaro per il neutro (indicato sulla colonnina);
- Il cavo deve avere lunghezza non superiore a 25mt;
- Non dovranno esserci giunzioni dalla colonnina all’utenza;
- Le lampade devono avere un grado di protezione non inferiore a IP 55;
- Tutte le utilizzazioni devono avere il collegamento a terra.
- L’ impianto elettrico non deve essere manomesso ogni modifica certificata da un elettricista

Le piazzole possono essere occupate solo previa autorizzazione della Direzione che deve autorizzare ogni spostamento o ipotetico cambio. Sono vietati gli spostamenti non autorizzati. Eventuali problematiche e/o reclami dovranno essere resi noti entro 24 ore dall’ arrivo all’ ufficio accoglienza;

È obbligatorio tenere pulita e ordinata la propria piazzola durante tutto il soggiorno, nel rispetto di tutti gli ospiti e del decoro del campeggio.

Prima di piantare i piedini i clienti devono attendere la conferma della reception

PAGAMENTI E PRENOTAZIONI

Per le prenotazioni si richiede il pagamento anticipato del 100% del soggiorno.

Per ricevere il rimborso, la disdetta deve essere data almeno un mese prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti in struttura. In caso di disdetta l’ospite potrà ricevere un massimo pari alla metà del saldo precedentemente pagato, solo in caso di rivendita della piazzola.

Saranno accettate solo prenotazioni a partire dalle 7 notti in alta stagione (giugno, luglio, agosto), e di 3 notti in bassa stagione.

L’annullamento di una prenotazione comporta il pagamento di una mora pari all’anticipo.

La persona che vuole fare un abbonamento stagionale deve pagare l’intera somma di 200€ anche se, precedentemente, ha già pagato degli ingressi singoli; essi, infatti, non si sottraggono al costo finale del prezzo dell’ospite stagionale.

VISITATORI E BRACCIALETTO

I visitatori possono entrare solamente a piedi, durante l’orario diurno e devono lasciare un documento in reception e uscire entro le 18:30.

Per soste superiori all’ora e mezza si chiede al visitatore di pagare la quota giornaliera, così facendo egli potrà rimanere nel campeggio per la durata dell’intera giornata potendo anche pernottare all’interno del campeggio.

È vietata l’introduzione di individui che non siano, per quell’occasione, registrati alla reception.

È vietato dare in dotazione a terzi le chiavi e i braccialetto per effettuare l’accesso pedonale e/o carrabile. È inoltre anche vietato far entrare terze persone con le proprie chiavi senza aver portato i documenti in reception e previa autorizzazione della stessa.

CONSEGNE E SPESE IN PIAZZOLA

È consentito il ritiro di pacchi al di fuori dell’area del campeggio, i rider convenzionati possono però entrare e portare l’ordine direttamente in piazzola
Per la ricezione di un pacco verranno chiesti 5€ a cui si sommano altri 1€ al giorno se il pacco non viene ritirato subito.

MINORI

Non è consentita l’entrata a minori non accompagnati da una persona adulta che ne sia legalmente responsabile. La responsabilità per eventuali danni subiti o causati da minori è in capo al legale rappresentante.

ANIMALI

Qualsiasi violazione delle seguenti regole sugli animali potrà essere oggetto di espulsione (se vi è negligenza, imprudenza o imperizia del padrone non verrà restituita alcuna quota del soggiorno) e porta al risarcimento dei danni agli alloggiati ed al campeggio con una sanzione tra i 20 ed i 250 euro;

È vietata l’introduzione di animali domestici o selvatici all’interno dell’area del campeggio ad eccezione degli animali di compagnia in possesso dei fruitori del campeggio (previa autorizzazione della reception).

Al check-in i cani devono essere muniti di apposito libretto sanitario oppure passaporto europeo con le vaccinazioni in regola, certificato di buona salute e assicurazione.

È obbligatorio l’uso del guinzaglio in tutta l’area camping, inoltre, se necessario a garantire l’incolumità collettiva o, se la Direzione lo ritiene opportuno, è obbligatorio l’uso della museruola.

I padroni dovranno occuparsi dell’igiene del proprio animale, accompagnarlo fuori dal campeggio per bisogni di ogni tipo. Questi dovranno essere immediatamente rimossi con apposito sacchetto e paletta. Se tale regola non viene rispettata può comportare ad una sanzione fino a 200€, oltre che il pagamento dei danni a terzi.

Gli animali non potranno essere lasciati incustoditi e non potranno accedere ai servizi comuni del campeggio.

È assolutamente vietato fare la doccia ai cani all’interno dei servizi igienici o delle docce. Tale violazione comporta ad una sanzione fino a 200€.

La Direzione si riserva la possibilità di espellere animali che possano essere considerati pericolosi, incontinenti, rumorosi o i cui padroni non prestino attenzione alle norme vigenti.

I proprietari dei cani sono altresì responsabili di eventuali danni arrecati dai loro animali a cose e/o persone, ivi compresi i giardini delle sistemazioni o le aree di verde pubblico comune; danni per i quali la Direzione si riserva di richiedere il risarcimento al proprietario o detentore del cane.

FUOCHI

I fuochi devono essere costantemente controllati e contenuti,al termine la brace dev’essere accuratamente bagnata e spenta.

Si raccomanda caldamente il controllo periodico delle bombole a gas, degli impianti e delle valvole di chiusura automatica.

È vietata l’accensione dei fuochi a legna o carbone al di fuori dell’apposito spazio attrezzato; anche in tale spazio è vietata l’accensione in caso di giornate ventose, inoltre è necessario controllare che la distanza tra il fuoco ed il confine non sia inferiore di 15m e la distanza dalla pineta sia di 30m.

ESPULSIONE, RIMOZIONE, INTERRUZIONE

La direzione si riserva il diritto di espellere coloro che, a suo giudizio, contravvenendo al regolamento, danneggino il buon andamento della vita comunitaria e gli interessi del complesso ricettivo. In caso di espulsione il cliente NON verrà risarcito della somma pagata.

Se alla scadenza del periodo pattuito il proprietario non provvede alla rimozione del mezzo dal campeggio, il titolare della struttura ricettiva viene esonerato da ogni responsabilità dalla custodia del mezzo e può farne disporre la rimozione forzata addebitando le spese al proprietario.

Il soggiorno si intende interrotto di diritto per eventi di forza maggiore o per ordine delle autorità o per eventuali necessità di modifiche strutturali. In tali casi è escluso ogni tipo di risarcimento.

Se una persona dichiara il falso, la direzione si riserva il diritto di espellerle lui e il gruppo di cui fa parte immediatamente, senza obbligo di risarcimento.

ALTRI DIVIETI

È severamente vietato piantare i chiodi in alberi o qualsiasi danneggiamento di essi, anche prendere i ciottoli dalla spiaggia, delimitare lo spazio di soggiorno o qualsiasi lavoro di costruzione sullo spazio selezionato.

Qualora il concessionario intenda apportare ai beni eventuali modifiche di tipo strutturale, dovrà chiedere autorizzazione al Camping Lido di Classe, sono in ogni caso vietate modifiche fisse a terra e non approvate dal codice della strada.

È vietato tenere comportamenti che possano recare danni o molestie a terzi.

Nessun tipo di contratto può essere oggetto di cessione totale o parziale a terzi.

È vietato versare sul terreno oli, carburanti, liquidi bollenti, salati o di rifiuto.

È vietato svuotare l’acqua di scarico e dei WC chimici se non nei luoghi indicati.

È vietato parcheggiare qualsiasi autoveicolo sulle strade di transito e occupare, anche solo temporaneamente, altre piazzole, seppur libere.

È vietato l’insediamento di più di un equipaggio per ciascuna piazzola e tutte le attrezzature devono rispettare i confini della stessa.

È vietato pavimentare, cementare e mettere qualsiasi telo non drenante

OGGETTI SMARRITI E DANNI E FURTI

Oggetti smarriti o dimenticati, devono essere consegnati alla reception.

La direzione non è responsabile per furti, danni o perdite all’interno del campeggio, per incidenti provocati da ospiti o dalle loro attrezzature.

Camping Village “Lido di Classe” Regulation

These regulations are made known to customers through their publication on the campsite website. Access to the campsite implies full acceptance of the same by all customers, who are required to inform their companions about it.

The regulations were created to meet the needs of customers, the organization and public authorities, to maintain the campsite as a place of society over time.

Any violation of the regulations will result in the expulsion of the group and the need to compensate for the damages caused.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

For the CAMPING area, check-in can be done between 3:15 pm and 6:30 pm and check-out from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. For the VILLAGE area, check-in can be done between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm and check-out from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. It is possible, upon request at reception, to extend check-in from 8:15 am and check-out until 6:30 pm.

Upon arrival, for the purposes of registration required by law, it is necessary to present a valid identity document to reception for each person who intends to stay.

TIMES

We remind all guests that in these 4 evenings the baths can extend the music until 3 in the morning, the four evenings are: the pink night, the patron saint of Ravenna, August 10 and 15.

In case of emergencies outside the reception opening hours, please ring the bell at the entrance and the camping numbers (3423147177).

VEHICLES AND TRANSIT

Transit, exit and entry of vehicles into the campsite are permitted outside of the “quiet hours”, therefore vehicles can be moved from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:15 to 22:30.

The maximum speed allowed on the campsite roads is 5 km/h (walking pace)

You are allowed to park your vehicle free of charge within the limits of your pitch and until the number of possible accesses provided for by the safety regulations has been exhausted.

It is possible to park your vehicle in the paid parking lots on the side of the asphalt road provided within the campsite, subject to authorization from the Management and preferring parking lots far from the entrance to the gravel roads.

Customers are asked to park their cars with the hood facing the campsite exit

Once the parking fee has been paid, the guest will be given a ticket to keep displayed in the car for the entire duration of the stay. Failure to display the ticket will result in the car being considered as non-paying.

If a guest uses the parking outside the pitch without having paid the ticket, the management reserves the right to charge the cost of parking to their account. If a guest is repeatedly (2 times) found to be breaking this rule, they will be subject to a fine of €150.

TOILETS AND CHEMICAL TOILETS

Water is a precious commodity, use it wisely 😊

2 chemical toilets have been set up inside the bathrooms in the 2nd and 4th block; it is also possible to discharge grey water into the grid on the ground between the 1st and 2nd block of bathrooms.

Animals are not allowed in the toilets, they can be washed with the rubbers between the 1st and 2nd toilet block, or at the fountain next to the entrance to the campsite.

The toilet for disabled people is in the 3rd toilet block

The first toilet block is solar powered, in the evening it is advisable to use the other blocks to have warmer water.

FIRE PREVENTION AND EVACUATION PLAN

It is mandatory to keep the area bordering the pine forest clear for at least 30 meters.

In case of dangerous situations, it is necessary to immediately notify a campsite operator to give a general alert through the siren on the loudspeakers. It is then necessary to abandon objects and the pitch, take children by the hand and head in an orderly fashion towards the escape routes marked with green signs.

The campsite is not responsible for natural disasters or for the negligence, imprudence or incompetence of guests who are responsible for checking and monitoring the safety of their own and adjacent facilities.

In the event of a fire, guests are required to take children and animals and exit following the evacuation plan.

Guests are required to gather at the pre-established assembly points, and check that all the people in their group are present, otherwise report the absence and the name of the member to the staff.

In case of fire, safety maneuvers will be signaled by loudspeakers

GARBAGE

It is mandatory to separate your waste by dividing it in the following way: paper, cardboard, plastic and cans, glass, organic (in closed bags).

If a guest is seen throwing any type of waste on the ground, he/she will be fined for a sum of €100.

If a guest is seen throwing cigarette butts on the ground, he/she will be fined for a sum of €150

TREES AND SOIL

The customer undertakes to scrupulously observe the environmental constraints provided for by the protected area regime.

It is forbidden to cut and put in the ground any plant, its branches and shrubs without authorization from Camping Lido di Classe.

It is forbidden to apply ties of any kind, nails or other to the plants.

It is forbidden to use chemical products for any reason including weed killers or phytosanitary treatments throughout the area.

It is forbidden to apply metal or rope ties or any other type of ties to the plants, whether for tent guy ropes or for hammock stringing or for any other reason. It is also forbidden to hammer nails into the plants and/or cut/damage parts of them.

It is forbidden to throw rubbish and cigarette butts on the ground, anyone caught in the act will be fined €150.

Campsite guests who own an animal are responsible for cleaning up what is dirtied by their 4-legged friends.

PITCHES AND MOBILE HOMES

Only standard commercial verandas without any artisanal modifications or additions are permitted. However, they cannot exceed a depth of 3.5 metres.

The parking lots, like the pitches, are not guarded, so the campsite is not responsible for theft or damage to goods that have not been handed over to reception for safekeeping and placed in the “safety deposit boxes” that can be rented.

Deposits are required for loans of cables, extension cords and other items that are lent by the campsite, the deposit can be retained in the event of loss, breakage or damage by the guest; if the deposit is paid by card, 5% of it is retained for bank charges.

The installation of wooden or wood-coloured structures (easy to remove and not fixed to the ground) is permitted for a depth of no more than 3.5 metres that simply cover or do not enclose the caravan. Such structures, including caravans, cannot exceed 40 m2 in surface area.

Caravans must be correctly registered and numbered and must retain their rotation mechanisms so that they can be moved at any time.

Guests are asked to occupy their pitch with their accommodation equipment (including towels) leaving at least 20 cm of distance from adjacent pitches and at least 40 cm from the roads.

The installation of gazebo structures fixed to the ground is prohibited

Any flooring cannot exceed the veranda; in the case of larger flooring, provided that it allows the permeability of the soil, permission must be requested from Reception, which will issue a specific document.

Any type of delimitation of the pitch is prohibited.

Camping Lido di Classe reserves the right to pass through the area to ensure the correct functioning of the structure.

The police may pass through the entire area to ensure the correct functioning of the structure.

Before positioning themselves permanently and lowering the feet, customers must consult the reception to verify whether their positioning is appropriate, in compliance with all the rules.

The installation of awnings and/or sunshades or hail screens is permitted to avoid damage, they must therefore only cover the tent or caravan and any veranda, without protruding on any side. The highest part of the awning must not exceed the height of the tent or caravan by more than 1 meter.

Customers are asked to leave something on the pitch when they decide to go out for the day. If the customer leaves the pitch without reporting the occupation of the pitch, the management will not guarantee the guest the same pitch.

Connection to the electricity network through the appropriate sockets is authorized by the management with the assignment and activation of a socket, the power is 1 KW.

The Customers’ hook-up must have safety features compliant with CEI 23-12 standards:
Flexible connection cable of type H07RN-F or equivalent with a minimum section of 3×2.5 m2 with 3 or more internal conductors of yellow-green color for the earth and light blue for the neutral (indicated on the column);
- The cable must have a length not exceeding 25m;
- There must be no joints from the column to the user;
- The lamps must have a protection level not less than IP 55;
- All uses must have an earth connection.
- The electrical system must not be tampered with and any modification must be certified by an electrician

The pitches can only be occupied with prior authorization from the Management which must authorize any movement or hypothetical change. Unauthorized movements are prohibited. Any problems and/or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of arrival to the reception office;

It is mandatory to keep your pitch clean and tidy during the entire stay, respecting all guests and the decorum of the campsite.

Before setting foot on the pitch, customers must wait for confirmation from reception

PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS

Reservations require advance payment of 100% of the stay.

To receive a refund, cancellation must be given at least one month before the guests’ arrival at the facility. In the event of cancellation, the guest may receive a maximum of half of the balance previously paid, only in the event of resale of the pitch.

Only reservations starting from 7 nights in high season (June, July, August), and 3 nights in low season will be accepted.

Cancelling a reservation involves the payment of a penalty equal to the advance payment.

The person who wants to make a season pass must pay the entire sum of €200 even if, previously, they have already paid for single entries; in fact, they are not subtracted from the final cost of the seasonal guest price

VISITORS AND BRACELET

Visitors can only enter on foot, during the day and must leave a document at reception and leave by 6:30 pm.

For stays longer than an hour and a half, visitors are asked to pay the daily fee, in this way they can remain in the campsite for the duration of the entire day and can also spend the night inside the campsite.

The introduction of individuals who are not, for that occasion, registered at reception is prohibited.

It is prohibited to give keys and bracelets to third parties for pedestrian and/or vehicular access. It is also prohibited to allow third parties to enter with your keys without having brought your documents to reception and with prior authorization from the same.

DELIVERIES AND EXPENSES ON THE PITCH

It is possible to collect packages outside the campsite area, but the affiliated riders can enter and bring the order directly to the pitch

For receiving a package, €5 will be requested, to which an additional €1 per day will be added if the package is not collected immediately.

MINORS

Minors are not allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them. The legal representative is responsible for any damage suffered or caused by minors.

ANIMALS

Any violation of the following rules on animals may result in expulsion (if there is negligence, imprudence or incompetence on the part of the owner, no amount of the stay will be returned) and will lead to compensation for damages to guests and the campsite with a fine of between 20 and 250 euros;

It is forbidden to bring domestic or wild animals into the camping area with the exception of pets owned by camping users (subject to authorization from the reception).

Upon check-in, dogs must be provided with a special health booklet or European passport with up-to-date vaccinations, a certificate of good health and insurance.

It is mandatory to use a leash throughout the camping area, furthermore, if necessary to guarantee collective safety or, if the Management deems it appropriate, the use of a muzzle is mandatory.

Owners must take care of the hygiene of their animal, accompanying it outside the camping area for needs of any kind. These must be immediately removed with a special bag and shovel. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine of up to €200, as well as payment for damages to third parties.

Animals cannot be left unattended and cannot access the common services of the camping site.

It is absolutely forbidden to shower dogs inside the toilets or showers. This violation will result in a fine of up to €200.

The Management reserves the right to expel animals that may be considered dangerous, incontinent, noisy or whose owners do not pay attention to the regulations in force.

Dog owners are also responsible for any damage caused by their animals to things and/or people, including the gardens of the accommodations or common public green areas; damage for which the Management reserves the right to request compensation from the owner or keeper of the dog.

FIRES

Fires must be constantly monitored and contained, at the end the embers must be carefully wetted and extinguished.

Periodic checks of gas cylinders, systems and automatic closing valves are strongly recommended.

Lighting wood or coal fires outside the designated equipped space is prohibited; lighting in this space is also prohibited in case of windy days, furthermore it is necessary to check that the distance between the fire and the boundary is not less than 15m and the distance from the pine forest is 30m.

EXPULSION, REMOVAL, INTERRUPTION

The management reserves the right to expel those who, in its opinion, by contravening the regulations, damage the smooth running of community life and the interests of the accommodation complex. In the event of expulsion the customer will NOT be reimbursed for the amount paid.

If at the end of the agreed period the owner does not remove the vehicle from the campsite, the owner of the accommodation facility is exempted from any responsibility for the custody of the vehicle and can arrange for its forced removal, charging the owner for the costs.

The stay is considered interrupted by law due to force majeure events or by order of the authorities or for any need for structural modifications. In such cases, any type of compensation is excluded.

If a person makes a false declaration, the management reserves the right to expel him and the group to which he belongs immediately, without obligation to compensate.

OTHER PROHIBITIONS

It is strictly forbidden to hammer nails into trees or cause any damage to them, even taking pebbles from the beach, demarcating the living space or any construction work on the selected space.

If the concessionaire intends to make any structural modifications to the goods, he must ask for authorization from Camping Lido di Classe. In any case, fixed modifications to the ground and not approved by the highway code are prohibited.

It is forbidden to behave in a way that could cause damage or harassment to third parties.

No type of contract can be transferred in whole or in part to third parties.

It is forbidden to pour oil, fuel, boiling, salty or waste liquids on the ground.

It is forbidden to empty waste water and chemical toilets except in the places indicated.

It is forbidden to park any vehicle on the transit roads and to occupy, even temporarily, other pitches, even if free.

It is forbidden to set up more than one crew on each pitch and all equipment must respect the boundaries of the pitch.

It is forbidden to pave, cement or put any non-draining sheet

LOST OBJECTS AND DAMAGE AND THEFT

Lost or forgotten objects must be delivered to the reception.

The management is not responsible for thefts, damages or losses inside the campsite, for accidents caused by guests or their equipment.
